One can not but relate with the world, emotions are born of it either way positively or negatively. values are in a way making us see the oneness in the life connectivity of the world and you. The oneness of the life connectivity, is being given a name called value. Truth is a value.non-violence is a value.compassion is a value.it looks as though. there are not many values,which is not true.There is only one value which has been given many names contextually. one value is given many names in different contexts, There is no object called truth. what is the life connectivity of truth? In a situation you understand what you gain when you behave without hurting the oneness in your thought and the word, without hurting the oneness in your relation with your word and action, without hurting the oneness in your relation with the other, ‘without hurting your oneness with any being in the world.There is a life connection between your thought and word, between your word and action ,between your relation with anything other than you. seeing  the oneness in any life connectivity is called value. Then you are truthful to yourself and truthful to the world you relate to.When we talk of the oneness  contextually it implies two entities. one and oneness are not the same. the presence of two entities only brings in topic of oneness, its becomes a value for which that oneness of the life connectivity  between the world and you is all the more important and  in your appreciation of it when you are in touch with truth.- the reality of yourself and the  world empirically. In fact in the applicational level of existence in different interactive contexts where in you are made to see the oneness of subject and object, is termed as value.in an act of compassion you dissolved your sense of otherness with the world in you.you lived a value finds yourself comfortable with yourself.

What you call happiness is the absence of the sense of separation…In every perception just being oneself is called happiness. You don’t need to do anything just to be yourself. A state of disposition in spite of your perceptions where you are not in conflict with yourself is called happiness. To be not in conflict with yourself you have to be free from self judgments.

Here you drop your body not physically but cognitively and stop defining yourself through it. Seeing the cognitive distance between yourself and your body which happens in silent awareness as a result of teaching will free you from all self judgments.

Freedom from self judgment amounts to knowing the self as infinite through teaching.

creating life-negative experiences born of self judgments… What is life –negative experience? Life negative experiences are created not because of what you see and hear but because of what you have told to yourself about yourself. What you have told about yourself not a single thing is true. If you have already told all wrong things to yourself then what To see yourself in movement which happens in silence you need to you are going to create in you are all life –negative experiences. What are they? You told yourself that you are the body .you told yourself you are the mind. You told yourself you are your senses. It is true body is you. You presence sustains the body. Your presence nourishes it. Without your presence your body can not survive. Your presence picked up a body for a round of life –jogging. The one who is present in your body might have asked for it. Your presence and the one who understands that presence are not identical twins. Your presence doesn’t have any borders. One who is trying to understand that presence cannot survive without your body. The one who is obtaining in the body has to put its house in order first. How? I am a conscious being having a body. I am and the body which I have. Previous equation was I am the body. Now the equation is I am and I have a body. Some improvement. Of course not to the mark. My sustaining presence is not hidden here, it looks my presence is as though hidden. In my day to day experience of I am, your am-ness in the form of borderless consciousness is not hidden, it is always revealing and illumining your sense of I am in the first place and illumining the body so you can touch and feel your body. It’s hidden for you if without appreciating your presence if you jump in to the conclusion that you are the body.

For what you know about yourself is other than yourself. Then you move away from what is other than you. You move away cognitively from your body and drop your judgments centered on it. So with the mind and so with your senses. For what you hold and what you are, both are different. Every day I pick my body up and move around for life shopping, and drop it at a fit place every day in sleep. You hold a bucket, or a kettle or a bag which cannot hold you back. You can drop physically what you hold. Here you are holding your body. Body cannot hold you back…you decide what to do with it .Body cannot decide for you. One who holds the body using thought as a tool carries it around and that’s very cool.

 If you do not add infinity into the meaning of your own self definition. Life negative experiences can be created. Here you learn to add infinity in to the meaning of your own self definition. How this is possible in every day living? In every perception the seer can include the seen .When the seer includes the seen what will happen? Inclusive perception. Inclusive perception is the only way to experience infinity in our day to day living. because the self is infinite. You are infinite. In inclusive perception you are relating wth the world with out any self  judgment and act upon it  as and when there is a need.Inclusive perception doesn’t deny thepresence of the bur it gognitively absolves the senseof separation between the two.that can oly possible when you can rlate with something without any self judgemebt seer and seen That’s why in every inclusive perception you are just yourself. That’s your own experience. The scripture confirms it. You don’t get disturbed by any inclusive perception and inclusive thinking.
