The yoga teacher training programs are offered based on various styles on yoga like Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga etc. Hatha Yoga is one of the original styles of yoga. Vinyasa means flow in Sanskrit and true to the name, the style is a collection of fluid movements of body synchronized with breath. Ashtanga Yoga is intense form of yoga, it emphasizes on the eight limbs. Although similar to vinyasa in essence that it synchronizes poses with breath, ashtanga yoga has defined series of steps which need to be followed diligently – which is completely contradictory to vinyasa yoga.
